Terms of Service & Operational Framework

Professional guidelines ensuring a secure, compliant, and transparent procurement experience.

Welcome to PockDose. We operate as a specialist pharmaceutical procurement facilitator for the Hong Kong market. Our platform streamlines access to high-standard medications via a strictly audited global fulfillment network, featuring licensed centers in the UK, the EU, Canada, Australia, India, and Singapore.

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services of PockDose, you formally agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these stipulations, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

1. Eligibility & User Conduct

Service Agreement

By using this platform, you verify that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. You agree to use this site exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes and to acquire medications solely for your individual health management.

Operator Safeguards

By accessing this site, you explicitly confirm that you are not gathering data for use against the platform operators, affiliates, or partners in any legal or regulatory capacity. You agree to hold the proprietors and fulfillment partners of PockDose harmless regarding the information provided or any subsequent actions taken based on site content.

2. Clinical Disclaimer & Data Minimization

Informational Nature of Content

All product descriptions, articles, and data provided on PockDose are for general informational purposes only. We do not provide clinical diagnoses, medical advice, or treatment protocols. The information on this platform must never replace the professional judgment of a registered medical practitioner.

User Responsibility & Privacy Architecture

In alignment with our strict data minimization protocols, we do not solicit personal medical histories, nor do we screen orders for potential drug interactions or allergies. We assume no liability for the application or misuse of any supplied items. It is your sole responsibility to:

  • Consult a qualified physician before starting any new pharmacological regimen.
  • Carefully review the manufacturer’s patient information leaflet (PIL) for dosage, contraindications, and storage instructions.
  • Confirm that you have no known sensitivities to the compounds you procure.

3. Procurement & Secure Payment Architecture

Encrypted External Processing

To ensure maximum financial integrity, PockDose does not handle or store your credit card or banking data. During checkout, you are redirected to a fully encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. You agree to abide by the terms of these independent processors when finalizing your transaction.

Segregated Support Infrastructure

To protect your data, all shipment tracking, service correspondence, and dispute resolutions are managed via a dedicated external support portal. By using our services, you acknowledge that all post-purchase liaison requires the use of this secure, independent platform.

4. Market Dynamics & Availability

Responsive Pricing

Due to the international nature of our fulfillment network, prices may fluctuate slightly based on real-time foreign exchange rates. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, product specifications, and service terms at any time without prior notice.

Logistical Dynamics

Product availability is subject to change. PockDose accepts no liability for delays caused by manufacturer shortages, international postal disruptions, or routine regulatory audits at our partner facilities.

5. Regional Compliance & Importation

While we offer a Comprehensive Delivery Guarantee and will re-ship intercepted orders at no cost, you remain responsible for ensuring the products are legally permissible for import into the Hong Kong SAR. By placing an order, you confirm compliance with local regulations and assume responsibility for any applicable local taxes or import duties.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Service Disputes

Statutory Non-Return Policy

Due to international safety and legal mandates, we cannot accept returns for convenience. Because pharmaceutical products cannot be safely re-dispensed once they leave a regulated environment, all successful deliveries are final. We provide replacements only for items that are defective, incorrect, or expired, provided you notify our team within 30 days (or 14 days for temperature-sensitive items).

Cancellation Window

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been dispatched. Once a shipment leaves the fulfillment center, the transaction is finalized and cannot be revoked.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

We are committed to fair resolution—if a parcel is lost, we will re-ship or refund it. Consequently, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding bank disputes or credit card chargebacks. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback without first engaging our support portal will result in a permanent ban of your account across our global network.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, PockDose and its partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform. Our maximum financial liability is strictly capped at the actual purchase cost of the specific products or services rendered.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content—including text, graphics, and logos—is the exclusive property of PockDose or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation of any part of this site is strictly prohibited.

9. Framework Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at our discretion. All modifications are effective immediately upon publication. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of our operational standards.
